Path repairs
Patching works for lake path and path to hockey pitch are due to start next Monday after all the tree works have been finished by Foremost. You may see some preparation works start this week.

Litter-pick Saturday, 22nd April 2017.
The litter pickers met outside the Community Hall, Goldwater Lodge at 10.00am for a couple of hours of litter-picking around North Meadow, the woods, playing fields and anywhere else around the park where litter collects. This shows a few of the pickers with the bags of collected rubbish.

Sainsbury’s Sport Relief Mile

The public toilet in the recreation ground open
The public toilet in the recreation ground finally opened on 3rd September 2015. Although there are as yet no signs outside, they are shown on the new map on the corner and can be found next to the gates into the Goldwater Lodge yard just opposite where the so-called super-loo was located.

New street maps for Goldsworth Park
The street maps that have been in place for 30 years have been replaced with new and updated artwork. Having been in place for 30 years the old maps suffered from fading and were very difficult to read.
